The work like a mother podcast

From one mama to another… this job is hard. Hour by hour we get through motherhood at what feels like constant survival mode. With a 9 year old son and 4 year old girl I’m still in the thick of the messy middle of parenting, running multiple businesses, and growing my marriage… but shocker - I can’t do it alone and NEITHER SHOULD YOU.

We need eachother. This podcast is a collaborative effort of women seeking community and an entertaining outlet for when you just need a moment to yourself. The saying goes the more successful you are, the lonelier it gets. I’m determined to make sure that’s not the norm and connecting one woman to the next is our path forward towards better mental, financial, and spiritual well being.

The real-REal.

You can expect real conversations. Casual, funny, and authentic women sharing their stories and encouragement from one high producing mother to another.

Can you have a successful career earning multiple six figures AND a thriving family? Absolutely, 1000x yes!

The part we don’t want to accept? Doing it without help.

In order to do all the things, you have to ask, hire, and accept the help sis! I’ve been through it the past 5 years, changing careers, making it through homeschooling during the pandemic (and now homeschooling by choice), and adding a non-profit to my plate in 2024.

Its not easy, but it is simple! My hope is that these conversations encourage you to take one baby step at a time closer to your ideal version of life.

As a home buyer or seller you deserve a real estate experience that’s fun without the fuss. Here’s the thing, real estate is SIMPLE- but not always easy. Lean on Marina’s expertice of years as professional home stager, over 70+ transactions sold her first 3 years as a Realtor, and a partnership to hold your hand every step of the way.

For my business besties, I’ve been in your shoes in wherever you are in the journey. I’ve started companies, sold one, launched a few more and fumbled and stumbled along the way all while raising 2 small kids and trying to be the “do it all” wife. Social media tells us to be all things to all people, but I’ve found through my own trials and a SH*T ton of coaching there is a better way! I help entreprenuers achieve more without the messy middle and get clear on what matters most.
